Change of Tenancy with Essential Repairs

I was impressed from the word go with this firm. I was initially contacted by Alicja who took the basic details of the job and collected images of what I needed doing, presumably to pre-filter me to the right team. This was done very quickly and with minimal fuss, but in a personable and friendly way - which I appreciate is not an easy thing to balance. Less than 24 hours later I was contacted by Sameera who reconfirmed my details and booked me in with a contractor - again, with a friendly attitude and efficiently done. I got a text message with a tracking link telling me exactly when the contractor Giourgken was going to arrive, and it was helpful but unnecessary because he was precisely on time, completing the job perfectly and very quickly. He then did an assessment of another light fitting that we'd forgotten to ask to be included originally. All in all, I cannot fault Essential Repairs. I will absolutely be using them again and I thoroughly recommend them for speed, service and value.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They have jumped through hoops and made miracles happen for me. The team at Essential Repairs are excellent. They are extremely well organised and very helpful, and fair on their pricing too. Engineer visited the property on time, solved and repaired the issue and made some good suggestions. Got a report back that day with a sensible cost. They have done other work for us since then, and the service levels are consistent. Would highly recommend.

Good communications by phone, email and text. All appointments kept too. Surveyor reviewed the dampness problem and arranged for a specialist firm to carry out an inspection. The specialist firm gave me advice that they would pass to Essential Repairs for action. I look forward to the work being undertaken by ER in due course. All undertaken at nil cost (so far)

I could not have hoped for a more efficient service. Repairs were done and replacement parts were supplied and fitted very well.

The team were fantastic - I had an issue at 6pm with the boiler breaking, and contacted Sameera that evening, who arranged an engineer to come the next day at 8am. He reviewed, ordered the parts, came back the following day and all was fixed by 12 noon. Highly recommend - both for service, time and skill!
